The following school forms are a required part of the enrollment process and are available for you to print and complete as part of your student’s enrollment.

Complete enrollment packets are available at the district offices at the time of Address Verification or at Estancia's school office.
Enrollment Forms
Each student is responsible to pick up their REGISTRATION PACKET from the office prior to their designated class registration day.
All of the forms listed below, with the exception of the NMUSD District forms, are included in the REGISTRATION PACKET.

We thank you for choosing our school to continue your education. Estancia High is dedicated to providing exemplary academic and extra-curricular activities. Our focus is to create a nurturing environment in which your student can develop as a successful individual, understanding and recognizing their self-worth and their own abilities and strengths.

In order to enroll at Estancia High School, all families must fulfill the address verification process at the Newport-Mesa Unified School District. See NMUSD website at http://web.nmusd.us for further information.
As part of the registration process, please return to the school the items listed below:
- Address Verification Ticket from the District
- Registration form (N-M 454)
- Home Language Survey
- Ethnicity and Race Form
- Record of Prior School Programs
- Request for Records from Prior School
- Health Services-Student Enrollment Information
- Health History Form (N-M 64)
- Birth Certificate or valid passport
- Up-to-date immunization records
- Emergency phone numbers
After you have completed the above requested documents, please return to the main office and an appointment will be made with the appropriate counselor for placement in the appropriate academic programs. Please bring with you:
1. Original transcripts in sealed envelope from the previous school
2. Withdrawal grades from previous school (mid-year transfers)
3. Current IEP (special needs students)

Bienvenidos a la Escuela Preparatoria Estancia Les agradecemos que haya escogido a nuestra escuela para continuar la educación de su hijo/a. La Escuela Estancia está dedicada a proveer actividades académicas y extra-curriculares ejemplares. Nuestro enfoque es el de crear el ambiente propicio en el cual su estudiante pueda desarrollarse en un individuo exitoso y comprensivo; donde pueda cultivar su autoestima, habilidades y áreas fuertes.
