ATHLETIC "INTERNAL" FACILITY USE FORM (click here)
We will need advanced notice for events happening on campus. Please take note of the advanced notice needed.
- During school hours: M-F 8:30 am-3:40 pm (Must be completed 5 days prior)
- During the week, outside bell schedule (Must be completed 10 work days prior)
- On Saturday or Non-Student Day (Must be completed 15 work days prior)
- If the event supervisor is a non-employee of NMUSD, you cannot use this form. The organizer must submit the request directly on Facilitron.
- If the event is on a Sunday, you cannot use this form. The organizer must submit the request directly on Facilitron.
OUTSIDE GROUPS:
ALL OUTSIDE GROUPS AND NON-ESTANCIA ONLY PRACTICES/GAMES/MEETS/EVENTS CANNOT USE THE INTERNAL FORM.
