Registration for the 2022-2023 School Year

Information regarding the registration process for the 2022-2023 school year will be mailed home to families around July 21.  Parents and guardians will need to log onto their Aeries Parent Portals to complete data confirmation.  Data confirmation will begin on Monday, August 1. Families must complete data confirmation by Tuesday, August 9 in order for their child to attend registration.  Below are the dates for registration:

 

Wednesday, August 10 - Grades 11 & 12

 

Thursday, August 11 - Grades 9 & 10

 

Wednesday, August 17 - Make-up Registration for Grades 9-12

 

Registration will be from 8 am to 12 pm.  Students will enter through the glass doors next to the entrance of the EHS Main Office.  Students whose families have not completed data confirmation will not be able to register.  

 

During registration, students will do the following:

  • Turn in any outstanding textbooks and library books
  • Make purchases or pick up purchases made online through the Student Store (EHS spirit wear, senior packages, locks for PE lockers, yearbooks)
  • Take their photo for their school ID card and yearbook
  • Be issued parking permits
  • Be issued off-campus lunch permits
  • Pick up a list of courses they are enrolled in for the fall

Estancia counselors will be available in the Main Office to meet with students regarding course changes.
