Pathway Description
The Design, Visual, & Media Arts (DVMA) Pathway at Estancia High School is a three-year Career Technical Education pathway that provides students the academic & technical skills to become a professional creative with a specialization in photography, graphic design, and filmmaking. The Design, Visual, & Media Arts Pathway is designed for students interested in discovering what the vast world of digital media production has to offer.

Course Sequence
Grade 10: Introduction to Media Arts
Grade 11: Intermediate Media Arts
Grade 12: Advanced Media Arts Portfolio
All DVMA courses are UC/CSU approved F courses.
Students in Grades 9-12 may also take Multi-Media Communications for humanities or elective credits.
