Estancia Music presents their Winter Concert on Thursday, December 11 and Friday December 12 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. in the Estancia High School Performing Arts Center. Enjoy performances by our Concert Band, Jazz Band, Color Guard, Guitar Ensemble, and String Orchestra, featuring beloved holiday classics and special pieces selected by our talented students. Admission is free with a suggested donation of $10 at the door — all proceeds go directly toward supporting our growing music program.
The Estancia PTSA will be hosting a holiday luncheon for the Estancia High School faculty and staff on Thursday, December 11.
Students who would like to make a change to your schedule for 2nd semester must fill out a schedule change request form. If students want to make changes to their schedule for 2nd semester, pick up a paper form in the Counseling Office. Schedule change requests are due by Friday, December 12.
Students in Grades 10-12 who would like to change their Estancia Tutorial-Advisory Program class for second semester should scan the QR code posted around campus and complete the request form. ETAP change requests are due by Friday, December 12.
Estancia High School will be on a semester final exams bell schedule the week of December 15-18. See attached flyer with the bell schedule for final exams. The finals schedule is as follows:
Monday, December 15 - Final Exams in Periods 1 & 5
Tuesday, December 16 - Final Exams in Periods 2 & 6
Wednesday, December 17 - Final Exams in Periods 3 & 7
Thursday, December 18 - Final Exams in Periods 4 & 8
Estancia High School’s ASB invites students to come to school early on Tuesday, December 16 to get free hot cocoa before their final exams that day in the Commons from 7:45 a.m. - 8:20 a.m.
The end of the first semester of the 2025-2026 school year is on Thursday, December 18.
School will not be in session on Friday, December 19.
Winter Recess will be December 22, 2025 - January 2, 2026.
Registration for the Estancia High School Jr. Eagles Winter Cheer camp is open through January 3. Practice will be on Friday, January 9 at 4:00 p.m. and the performance will follow at 6:00 p.m. during the varsity basketball game halftime. The camp is for ages 4-12, come learn game cheers, choreographed pregame routine and fun cheer games. Camp fee is $50 and includes game day bow and t-shirt. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
Beginning on January 5, 2026, all students at Estancia High School will be required to use their district-issued Chromebooks during their classes. Personal laptops will no longer be permitted for classroom use. District devices allow teachers to utilize secure testing environments, monitor student online activity through GoGuardian, and supervise the use of artificial intelligence tools to maintain a focused learning environment and promote academic integrity.
The second semester of the 2025-2026 school year starts on Monday, January 5, 2025. There are a number of students whose schedule will be different from the first semester. Students can view their schedules in early January through their Aeries Student Portals. All students should log into their Aeries Student Portals even if they did not request a schedule change as their schedule may have changed.
There will be a PTSA meeting on Monday, January 5 at 6 p.m. in Room 207.
Coffee & Conversation with the Principal will be on Friday, January 9 at 9 a.m. on Zoom. Coffee & Conversation with the Principal is an informal opportunity for parents/guardians to engage in dialogue with school administrators. The Zoom meeting ID is 957 1718 4740. Spanish interpretation will be available.
