Estancia Theater Project Update
March 2025

In Progress:

• The first layer of exterior plaster is being applied to parts of the building.
• The roofing for the theater and black box areas is almost finished.
• Grading inside the theater is nearly complete.
• The installation of structural steel for the overhead acoustic panels is almost done.
• Interior walls and ceiling framing are continuing throughout the project.
• Concrete planter walls have been poured.

Construction completion anticipated by the start of the 2025/26 school year
